School Contact Information Collection

I am looking for a freelancer who can collect contact email addresses of schools in various countries. The schools should be comparable to Dutch “voortgezet onderwijs” (secondary education) and “mbo” (vocational education). For each school, I need at least:

1. School name
2. A valid email address (preferably the general contact or principal’s office)
3. The school's website (if available)
4. Country

You may collect this information by scraping school websites or extracting data from official national/regional education directories.

Requirements:
- Email addresses must be taken from official school websites or trusted education directories (no third-party lead lists)
- No duplicate schools and collect as many schools as possible per country.
