Scanned PDF Data Entry

I have a batch of scanned PDF files that each run for several pages, and I need every bit of their text keyed into an editable digital format. The PDFs are clear but non-selectable, so simple copy-and-paste will not work; manual transcription is required.
Accuracy is my top priority. I’ll spot-check spelling, punctuation, and line breaks against the originals, so please plan to proof your work before sending it back. Minor layout cues such as headings or bullet points should be preserved, yet I don’t need elaborate formatting—clean, readable text in Word or plain .txt is fine.
Once we agree on a timeline, I’ll share the first set of files. Return each document as a separate text file with the same filename as its source PDF. If this initial batch goes smoothly, I have more volumes waiting.
