Our popular package offers professional websites for just ₹2500, and we have a steady flow of leads from our marketing efforts. We need a freelancer who can manage these leads and close conversions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to leads through WhatsApp, email, or phone, answering questions and introducing
our website services.
- Qualify and nurture leads, addressing their needs and guiding them through our service options.
- Convert leads into clients by communicating our value, handling objections, and facilitating the sign-
up process.
- Maintain records of communications and conversions for reporting.
Lead Type:
- You will primarily be working with warm leads. These are potential clients who have shown interest in
our services but have yet to make a commitment. Your goal will be to convert these leads into sales.
Industry Focus:
- The majority of the leads will be from the 'Informative Website' sector. This could include businesses
in various fields looking to establish or improve their online presence.
Ideal Skills:
- Prior experience in sales, lead conversion, or client communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
