Sales Team Manager

Hello, we are searching for independent contractors to work part-time for us. We are currently looking for candidates to fill the role of sales team manager.
The Sales Team Manager, is the frontline leader for the sales team. Responsible for managing a team of sales professionals in order to meet and exceed revenue goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to customer service. This position has responsibility for both direct and indirect sales channels as well as overseeing product support, marketing, and customer service.
Responsibility:
1 Develops and executes strategies that drive customer acquisition goals
2 Recruits, hires, trains and motivates sales professionals
3 Monitors performance metrics such as quota attainment and customer acquisition costs
4 Manages the customer service function in order to provide outstanding customer service
5 Oversees day-to-day operations including working with Marketing to generate leads
6 Requirements:
7 Minimum 5 years experience in a high-volume sales environment
8 College degree or equivalent work experience
9 Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Mandarin a plus
