Sales Expert for Commission-Based Lead Conversion
Budget: ₹600 – ₹800 INR
We're looking for a dedicated sales expert to join our team on a long-term basis. This role involves working 2 hours daily, engaging with leads, and converting them to join our platform. Compensation is 100% performance-based – 10% commission on each successful sale, with additional bonuses for exceeding targets. There’s a 2-month trial period to assess performance, after which a fixed salary may be negotiated.
Requirements:
• 2 hours of focused work daily, reaching out to at least 10 leads.
• Proven expertise in sales and marketing communications.
• Exceptional communication skills – fluency in either Hindi or English.
• Ability to take full responsibility and drive results.
• Daily reporting on leads contacted and sales achieved.
Budget:
This role is commission-based; earnings are directly tied to performance. For example, if sales reach Rs. 20,000 through conversions, the expert receives 10% per sale along with bonus commissions.
Note: A nominal base is set at INR 800 to meet platform requirements, but the actual pay is commission-based as detailed above.
