I run a small home-service company on Housecall Pro and need a reliable pair of hands to keep the platform humming each week. If you already know your way around HCP, you’ll slide right in.

What I need done
• Scheduling & dispatching: drop new jobs on the calendar, assign techs, and confirm with customers.
• Invoice & payment processing: build clean invoices, send them promptly, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Customer management: maintain contact records, add notes after each visit, and flag VIP or repeat-service clients.

Workflow & cadence
I’ll pop new work orders into the system throughout the week. You’ll log in on a set weekly rhythm to tidy the board, close out completed jobs, and push any billing. Quick progress pings over a messaging app (Slack or WhatsApp preferred) keep us both in the loop; no long email threads needed.

Success looks like
• Jobs dispatched within 24 hrs of arrival.
• Invoices sent the same day a job closes, with clear payment links.
• Customer profiles updated so my field crew sees accurate notes.
