SQL Dump to Excel Conversion

I have a raw SQL file holding roughly three-thousand records. I need every field in that dump extracted, cleaned where necessary, and placed into a single, well-structured .xlsx that opens flawlessly in Excel 365. The spreadsheet will later be imported into a different database, so field order and data integrity must mirror the original tables exactly—no omissions, no hidden formatting surprises.
