SCHOOL FEES COLLECTION SYSTEM -- 4

I have automatic school fees collection system in excel . In this I want to add other charges like dress, books etc. If some student of any class all charges is 12000 ( in 12000 one fees, admission charges and dress and books) I want dress and books in others charges. Dress and books = 4000 but someone is paying 2000 the left amount it should should show in previous balance. In file now students details is showing in admission wise. I want it class wise and admission date aswell.
