Rex PM Property Records Entry

I have some property files that must be loaded into the Rex PM property-management platform. Your task is to take each record I supply—address, features, tenancy dates, rental figures and notes—and place that data in the correct Rex PM fields, double-checking for spelling, formatting and consistency along the way.

Australia Software and compliance. Must be experienced in REX PM or very similar ausrtralian property management software. A few hours per month. Please do NOT apply for the project until you have read, understand and meet the minimum experience requirements. ONLY apply directly to this project and this platform, no direct messages thank you.

Accuracy and speed matter more than volume; this is casual, hour-based work that needs to start right away, so only freelancers who have hands-on Rex PM (or very similar real-estate CRM) experience should apply. Mention that experience clearly when you reply so I know you can hit the ground running.

Acceptance criteria
• Every supplied record is visible in Rex PM with 100 % field completion
• Field labels and notes follow the naming conventions I provide
• A spreadsheet log (property address | date entered | your name) is returned so I can reconcile progress, holiday property details
