Retrieval and Organization of Canadian Government Forms Containing Social Insurance Number (SIN) Information

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented freelancer to assist us in a comprehensive data collection and validation project. The task involves retrieving various governmental forms across Canada, specifically those that typically contain a Social Insurance Number (SIN).
The project entails the following responsibilities:
1. Form Retrieval: You are expected to visit the websites of various federal and provincial government organizations in Canada. Your task is to download the specific forms typically known to contain a Social Insurance Number (SIN). We will provide a Google Sheet with a list of the typical forms we are looking for.
2. Form Validation: It's important to validate that each form contains a field for the Social Insurance Number that would typically be filled out by the citizen. Please add the fictitious number "130 692 544" to this field whenever possible. This is a crucial step that will aid our later analysis of these forms by searching for this specific information.
3. File Naming and Organization: Each downloaded file should be renamed with a prefix indicating the specific province (e.g., Alberta_FormName). If the form pertains to the federal level, please prefix it accordingly (e.g., Federal_FormName). Otherwise, the original form name should remain intact from the download.
4. List Updating / Unlisted Files: If there is a discrepancy between the typical form name provided and the actual form name, please update the Google Sheet accordingly with the actual form name. If you find files that contain a Social Insurance Number (SIN) field but were not listed, include them in the results.
5. File Storage and Linking: Upload the renamed files to a Google Drive, organized into folders representing each province or the federal level. Once uploaded, create a hyperlink for each file in the supplied Google Sheet.
At the end of this project, we should have a comprehensive Google Sheet listing all governmental forms, including those containing a SIN, along with hyperlinks to the actual forms organized in a Google Drive.
