Retail Customer Support Specialist Needed

I'm looking for a customer support representative with previous experience in retail. This person should be able to respond to emails and assist with online chat efficiently. The project requires handling a moderate amount of emails and chats on a daily basis.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a retail setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a moderate volume of emails and chat interactions
- Familiarity with retail industry and its customer service demands.
