I'm in need of an organized and proactive individual to assist with marketing and vendor management for a series of residential properties. This includes marketing, researching, identifying and coordinating with vendors for repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Post marketing materials on websites
- Research and identify potential vendors specifically for plumbing, electrical and structural repairs.
- Request quotes from multiple vendors, ensuring a competitive price range.
- Compare prices and services to ensure the best value.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with selected vendors.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in vendor management or property maintenance will be highly regarded.
