Residential Real Estate Lead List Specialist

I am looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy professional to create and maintain high-quality lead lists to support our residential real estate sales efforts. Part-time role at first but could lead to full-time in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain lead lists for residential real estate
- Expand to commercial and industrial leads as needed
- Gather information from various sources: online real estate databases, public records, and real estate agencies

Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience in real estate lead generation is appreciated but not required
- Proficiency in using excel
- Strong communication skills to verify data and liaise with owner and sales taem

Lead Information Required:
- Name and contact details
- Property details
- Verifying accurate data on lead list types (pre-foreclosure, expired listings, etc.)

Your task will be to support our dynamic team with high-quality lead lists to boost our sales efforts.
