Residential Construction Cost Analysis

I need a skilled estimator and cost analyst to support our ongoing residential construction project. The project is currently in the construction stage.

Key tasks include:
- Preparing RA Bills, Abstracts, BOQs, and DPRs
- Justifying Extra/Substitute Items
- Estimation & Costing Analysis
- Certification Support (Client/Consultant)

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong background in residential construction
- Proficiency in cost estimation and analysis
- Experience with certification processes for clients/consultants
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
