Researcher -- 2

I'm moving with my family from Illinois to Arizona, and I need research on schools (specifically with special teachers for kids with learning disabilities), career opportunities, hospitals, low crime rate neighborhoods, culturally diverse neighborhoods, and anything that will set Arizona aside from Illinois. We will be comparing this to Illinois to show how Arizona is better in these topics than Illinois. I need this to look very convincing to a judge.
