Research a list of companies for a directory

I'm building a directory website and I need to research a list of companies in a certain industry in every state of the US.
The process is as follows:
- Find 20-30 company websites that meet the criteria in each state on Google search, Google Maps, and other directories.
- Confirm each company meets the criteria and location address on their website.
- Fill a spreadsheet with the website URL and company name.
For the quote, we will agree on the fee per link found to encourage more complete research.
All details will be shared with the winning bidder.
