Research of city regulations for short term rentals

Research the local city regulations for a provided list of cities (starting with 10 in this job). Attaching example of some of the data points that I'm looking for as most cities have similar categories but will have unique restrictions that need to be documented. Examples for some larger cities have been created by Airbnb, providing the link below for inspiration.

Please bid based on a fixed project of 10 cities (that I will provide) to be researched and template is created per the deliverables explanation below.
