Research Media Contacts for PR List (Wellness, Fitness, Beauty, Health Sectors)
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to research and compile up-to-date media contacts for a comprehensive PR list in the wellness, fitness, beauty, and health industries across the UK, EU, and UAE. You will be provided with an Excel file containing the names of relevant publications and outlets. Your task is to find accurate contact information for editors, journalists, or relevant media representatives for each outlet.
Research and identify the most appropriate media contact(s) for each publication/outlet in the provided Excel list (e.g., editor-in-chief, health/beauty editor, features writer, or press contact).
Gather the following information for each contact (where available):
- Name
- Job Title
- Email Address
- LinkedIn Profile (optional but preferred)
- Phone Number (if available)
- Enter the information directly into the provided Excel sheet, matching each contact to the correct publication.
- Minimal 5 relevant contacts per publication
Requirements:
Experience with media research, PR, or journalism preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to verify contact accuracy.
Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.
Familiarity with the wellness, fitness, beauty, and health media landscape in Europe and the UAE is a plus.
Deliverables:
- A fully populated Excel sheet with accurate and up-to-date media contacts for each outlet in the list. See attached.
