Research and Data Specialist

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Research: Conduct online research to identify and understand customer demographics.
Data Entry: Accurately enter data from company records and online sources into our spreadsheets and databases.
WordPress Support: Assist with basic website tasks on WordPress, including content updates, post formatting, and ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Data Preparation: Clean, organize, and prepare datasets for analysis. This involves correcting errors, removing duplicate entries, and structuring the data logically.
Basic Analysis: Perform foundational data analysis to identify key trends and patterns, presenting your findings in a clear and concise report.
