The Role We are currently expanding our internal team and seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Job Application Specialist. In this independent contractor role, your primary responsibility will be sourcing remote IT and Software Development open requisitions and submitting job applications on behalf of our technical talent.
You will not be required to write cover letters, edit resumes, or interview with employers. Your focus will be entirely on execution: matching our provided developer profiles to active job postings and submitting the applications as efficiently as possible.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and source open Information Technology and Software Development positions across various remote job boards and platforms.
*Ensure all sourced job postings strictly meet our internal criteria (100% remote and published within the last 7 days).
*Create and manage user accounts on necessary job portals using a provided corporate email address.
*Submit a minimum of 50 to 100 job applications daily using the specific candidate profiles and resumes provided to you.
*Maintain accurate tracking of submitted applications to avoid duplicate submissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*Data Entry & Web Research: Fast, accurate data entry skills and the ability to navigate search engines and job boards efficiently.
*Platform Familiarity: Experience utilizing remote job boards, professional networking sites, and quick-apply features.
*Attention to Detail: High accuracy in ensuring the correct technical profile is submitted to the appropriate matching job requirement.
*Time Management: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and consistently meet daily volume targets.
*Basic IT Understanding: A general familiarity with software development job titles is preferred to ensure accurate profile matching.
