Remote Hygiene Monitoring Assistant (Discreet & Flexible Task) -- 2

We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented assistant to help us maintain a structured hygiene log for an adult client who is fully responsible and functioning, but faces ongoing mental health challenges that affect personal hygiene consistency.
Because of these challenges, the client may sometimes avoid showering or wear the same clothes (including underwear) for extended periods. Our goal is not judgment — but supportive monitoring and accurate documentation.
What You’ll Do:
Receive view-only access to a secure, date-stamped cloud folder.
Review the most recent daily photo submissions.
Compare with prior entries.
Log in a provided Google Sheets / Excel template:
Whether clothing has changed (including underwear).
Description of items worn.
Observable cleanliness indicators (as visible).
Any notable patterns (e.g., several days without change).
That’s it. No direct contact with the client. No conversations. No interventions.
Just careful, objective documentation.
Work Style:
Fully remote.
Flexible timing — log entries whenever you have a few free minutes.
Multiple freelancers work on rotation depending on availability.
Entries simply need to remain reasonably up-to-date.
Important:
Due to the nature of the project, some images may contain less-modest clothing. Professionalism and discretion are required.
Ideal Candidate:

Highly detail-oriented.
Reliable and consistent.
