As a Property Manager at Capture Business Solutions Ltd., you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that guests have a seamless and exceptional experience. No prior property management experience is required, as we will provide all the training, materials, and instructional videos you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of assigned properties.
• Communicate with guests to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure an excellent experience.
• Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle maintenance coordination and communicate with third-party service providers.
• Respond promptly to any guest requests or issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Work closely with the team to maintain consistent service standards and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Location: Candidates must be based in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Mexico).
• Experience: No prior property management experience is necessary. We will provide full training, materials, and instructional videos.
• Ideal candidates may come from a customer service or virtual assistant background.
• Active Airbnb Account: Candidates must have an active Airbnb account (as a guest) – this is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms for communication, bookings, and task management.
