Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Modeling: Use advanced statistical techniques and machine learning methods to analyze large and complex banking datasets and deliver actionable insights.

Collaboration & Business Impact: Partner with internal teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Model Development & Visualization: Design and implement data models, algorithms, and visualizations to communicate findings and support decision-making.

Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest data science and analytics trends, applying innovative solutions to improve banking services and financial products.

Reporting & Presentation: Deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to stakeholders across various departments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience working as a Data Scientist or Analyst, ideally in financial services or banking, with a strong track record of using data to influence business outcomes.

Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, with experience in key data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems and extract insights from large datasets.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
