Your primary goal will be to ensure that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner, following internal quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into our company database
• Verify data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Prepare documentation and reports as needed
• Organize and maintain files and records of data entered
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with data entry software and databases
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain accuracy
