Your Role:
Review all incoming airline claims for delayed/canceled flights and lost baggage.
Verify that client-submitted forms are complete, accurate, and comply with airline insurance requirements.
Forward verified claims to the appropriate airline insurance company for processing.
Maintain clear communication with clients and our team to resolve discrepancies.
