Reliable VA for 10-15 hours per week

I am looking for a reliable VA to work 2 - 3 hours per day on weekdays on an ongoing basis. The jobs will be the same each day as follows:
Add new leads to my email marketing system - this involves finding the correct contact details for the leads. (approx 1 - 2 hours per day)
I don't mind what time of day you do the work, but I do want it done consistently each day.
You should be:
- reliable

- can-do attitude
- online research - finding contact details
