Registered/Certified Nurse - Telehealth Management Unit (Remote)

We are seeking a Registered/Certified Nurse to join our Telehealth Management Unit. As a nurse in this role, you will provide remote patient care and support, offering telehealth services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting health assessments, providing patient education, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and critical thinking skills, as well as a strong understanding of telehealth technology. This position requires a valid nursing license and certification.
