Regional B2B Sales Representative Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our water-cane manufacturing line is expanding across the region and the next stage is to secure a steady pipeline of business clients who can distribute or utilise our products at scale. The assignment centres on two core activities:
• Lead generation – identify, qualify, and record new business prospects within the agreed regional radius (wholesalers, industrial users, hospitality suppliers, etc.) using your preferred databases, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sector-specific directories.
• Client meetings – organise and attend virtual or on-site presentations that clearly outline our product specifications, pricing tiers, and logistical advantages, then relay detailed meeting notes and next-step actions.
Weekly reporting through a shared CRM (HubSpot or similar) will keep progress transparent. Success is measured by the volume and quality of warm leads handed over to our internal closing team and the number of decision-maker meetings achieved.
Deliverables expected every Friday:
1. Updated lead sheet (company name, contact, qualification score).
2. Meeting summary log with agreed actions.
3. Brief market observations that could refine our outreach strategy.
Experience in B2B field sales, especially within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG supply chains, will make ramp-up faster, but any proven regional network is welcome. Strong communication skills in English and the local dialects of our operating area are essential.
If you thrive on building relationships face-to-face and can keep a CRM spotless, this project gives you the runway to showcase those strengths and grow with us.
