Reformat Excel data within Excel
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to help me reformat more than 10 Excel sheets from their current format to the desired standard Excel format.
The data is in columns and needs to be separated into differing columns for import into a CRM.
The data is essentially name, address and email, contact number fields. The correct data being provided after adjustment is crucial.
Skills and Experience:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in reformatting Excel sheets
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate reformatting of data
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a timely manner

Image 2 - input page from CRM showing required fields. First Name and Surname to be separated, address to be in Unit number, Street number, Street name, Suburb/state/postcode format, etc.
The blank lines can be removed, the date fields can be ignored. Most of the job can be processed using excel tools, but the data must be kept accurate as part of this process.
After successful completion of this project, we have other data exports that we can look to have processed and can look to do additional projects.
