Recruiter for submitting job application

I am currently located in the USA and working on PST time. I am actively searching for jobs and I am seeking someone who can assist me in submitting job applications on my behalf. Ideally, I would like to submit around 40-50 applications per day from Monday to Friday. I am looking for a freelancer or recruiter who can help me by submitting my job applications from an Excel job list file.
