I'm seeking a motivated and responsible assistant to help recruit skilled Ukrainian refugee workers for job opportunities in Germany. Your primary tasks will include finding and contacting candidates via Instagram and job boards such as Telegram, Join, and DE4RU. Additionally, you'll be responsible for posting job offers in social network groups and managing simple administrative tasks using Uvvo CRM.
Key Requirements:
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Experience in outreach and recruiting
- Native Russian speaker; proficiency in German is a plus
- Availability for 15–30 hours per week
Compensation:
- Hourly rate plus a €500 bonus for each successful placement
