Recruit ER Nurses for Research
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m working on a DBA research study and need short-term help locating 6–10 emergency-room Gen Y and Gen Z registered nurses who currently work in Central Florida and are willing to take part in an interview-based project. I don’t have a list yet, so I’ll rely on you to both source and reach out to potential participants. Once one is secured, snowball sampling will hopefully help to secure others along with other outreach methods.
What I need you to do:
• Generate a fresh list of qualified ER nurses in the Central Florida region in a short timeframe.
• Contact those nurses by phone, email, and—when appropriate—targeted social-media outreach such as LinkedIn.
• Clearly explain the study, gauge their interest, and secure verbal or written consent to participate.
• Track outreach attempts and responses in a simple spreadsheet so I can follow up or schedule interviews.
Success looks like at least six—but ideally up to ten—confirmed, eligible nurses who have agreed to be contacted by me for the next step of the study.
Please tell me about any past experience recruiting study participants, which tools or networks you plan to leverage, how comfortable you are with calling Healthcare facilities to try and recruit participants and how quickly you can begin.
