Realtime GIS - FM DX mapping
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Looking for quotes of a global map that can show plots (point A to point B) in real time, geographic locations. Hobby club members post FM reception logs (text) on a dedicated LOG PAGE for reception of FM radio signals. Mapping needs to be able to recognize current logs being posted, with five different modes of reception in the key, that users identify in the posted log.

There is a color key for each mode of reception that needs to be used on the map also, in the form of a colored line from one point to the final point. Map needs to be able to also interact with a FM database that is hosted by the not-for-profit organization WTFDA (wtfda.org)
