Real-Time Hotel Stop-Sale Updates

I run an online hotel-booking platform and every day—weekends included—I receive stop-sale notices from each property by email. The files arrive in mixed formats (Excel, CSV, or occasionally PDF). As soon as one of these files lands in the inbox, I need the availability on our site adjusted so guests can no longer book the closed dates.
Here is what the role entails:
• Monitor the dedicated mailbox throughout the day, seven days a week.
• Open the attached file—whether it is an .xlsx, .csv, or .pdf—and identify the dates that must be blocked.
• Log in to our admin panel and apply the stop-sale exactly as specified, double-checking that no remaining rooms show for the affected period.
• Reply to the hotel (or to me) with a brief confirmation once the change is live so we keep an auditable trail.
Consistency and accuracy matter more than speed, yet I do expect each update to be reflected shortly after the file is received. All work is remote and the volume is moderate but unpredictable, so I prefer to set up a flat monthly retainer rather than piece-work payments.
