Real Estate title officer to check title reports
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a Real Estate escrow officer to check residential title reports. The ideal candidate should have experience in reviewing residential title reports and differentiating between foreclosure liens to non foreclosure liens.
Skills and experience required for the job include:
- Knowledge of real estate title searched reports
- Familiarity with legal documents and property records
- Attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and other team members
Each property title search needs to be completed within 4 hours during working hours (9-5 Mon-Fri) so the candidate should be able to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
