The goal is to ensure there are sufficient leads for daily calling.

Compensation and Growth:
Starting rate: $6.50 USD per hour.
Increase to $7.25 per hour after 6 months.
Increase to $8.00 per hour after one year, with subsequent adjustments for inflation.
