Real Estate Data Entry and Skip Tracing

We are looking for a skilled freelancer to assist with real estate data entry and skip tracing. The ideal candidate should have experience in accurately inputting real estate information into spreadsheets and databases. Additionally, they should be proficient in using skip tracing tools to locate property owners and contact information. Not only the property owners but their possible heirs/relatives also in an effort to have more than one point of contact.  Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for this role. The freelancer will be responsible for updating property records, verifying ownership details, and ensuring the accuracy of the collected data.
