My project involves collecting real estate data and conducting research to find surplus funds/excess proceeds. This will involve finding relevant information from websites pertaining to the properties and entering the data into a spreadsheet.
Specifically, I will need to collect the address and basic details for each property, along with its pricing information and financials, tenant occupancy information, and the surplus funds/excess proceeds information in states and counties.
I need to research and enter more than 100 properties, so the successful candidate must be willing to work quickly and accurately.
