RPA Data Entry and Extraction Automation
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am seeking an RPA Developer with experience in automating data entry and customer service tasks, specifically data extraction and updates. The processes currently being performed manually are time-consuming and prone to human error, hence the need for automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate data entry tasks performed in our PMS via PDS
- Streamline Insurance elibigility, primarily focused on data extraction via browser based portals and updates into the PMS
- HIPPA Compliant Infrastructure
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in RPA tools and platforms
- Experience with Data extraction and input into browser fields
- Strong understanding of data entry processes
- Proven track record in automating customer service tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for automation
The goal of this project is to improve efficiency and accuracy in our operations. Please provide examples of similar projects you have completed in your proposal.
This project aims to just show that we can develop the front end eligiblity report for a single insurance and update the PMS. Want this to be able to check any elgibility report that is loaded via PDF. Examples are Centne and Delta Dental. To be able to input Coverage tables, and service history is next on front end. Followed by processing of electronic claims.
