Quote/Proposal Take-Off

I am looking to hire a skilled professional to help streamline our quote and proposal process for our business. We need someone to quickly and accurately recreate our excel spreadsheet. In particular, we require assistance within one week to ensure we can implement this new process asap. We currently use an excel spreadsheet that list line items. We would hide the rows that are not required on that quote, We would complete our quote using the line items and then Copy and paste the table from excel to the word document which is a formatting head ache. What I was hoping for is to create another tab that will take certain data from the quote sheet and copy over to the new tab that should be a mirror image of our current word document which is the proposal sheet.
