Quiz Questions Extraction from PNGs to JSON

I am searching for someone adept in extracting text from image files, in this case, quiz questions from 43 PNG files. The extracted text will be used for research purposes and requires:

- The ability to handle PNG files and accurately extract all information.
- Proficient knowledge of JSON formatting, as the extracted text needs to be converted and delivered in a JSON file.
- Familiarity with different quiz question formats, since there aren't any specific patterns or formatting, all types are included.
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail as all 600 questions must be accurately extracted.
- Prior experience in data extraction projects will be highly appreciated.
- The question possibilities (a,b,c) should be extracted in the same order as it appears in the PNG files

The extracted questions should be in a valid JSON array on which every item/question within these array follow the following format:

The task needs to be done manually, I tried a bench of AI tools however I had a lot of errors in the output (incorrect order of possibilities, wrong data...)
