QuickBooks Setup for Taiwan Trading Company

Hello,

I am looking for an experienced accountant/bookkeeper to help me set up QuickBooks Online for my Taiwan-based trading company and ensure it aligns perfectly with my CPA’s account codes.

About the business:
We are an established trading company (not a new startup), but we currently do not use any accounting software.
Our sales turnover is not huge, but we need to transition to a proper digital system.

Scope of Work:
QuickBooks Setup: Initial configuration of the accounts.
Chart of Accounts: Set up and customize the account codes to match the exact structure used by my CPA.
Data Entry & Matching: Enter invoices/bills and accurately match them with Taiwan Import Declarations (進口報單).

Requirements:
Proven experience with QuickBooks Online setup.
Familiarity with Taiwan's accounting practices and import documentation (進口報單) is a huge plus.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
