QuickBooks Financial Data Admin Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need reliable administrative support to keep everyday operations humming, but the immediate priority is updating our financial data. You’ll be working inside QuickBooks first, reconciling transactions, importing new invoices and expenses, and then mirroring that information in Google Sheets so I have real-time visibility.
While the numbers come first, I’ll also ask you to tidy our shared Drive folders, maintain a few simple trackers in Excel, and triage my inbox so urgent messages never slip past me. Because you’ll handle confidential financial records, accuracy and discretion are essential.
We run on Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, so every file you hand over must open flawlessly in Sheets, Docs, or Excel.
Deliverables I’m counting on:
• QuickBooks ledger updated and reconciled daily
• Companion Google Sheets ledger refreshed after each update
• One-page weekly snapshot highlighting cash flow, outstanding invoices, and budget variances
• Shared Drive organised with clear, logical naming
• Daily list of flagged, time-critical emails
