QuickBooks Bookkeeping & Receivables Management

I am looking for ongoing help inside QuickBooks to keep my books clean and my cash flow visible. The work centers on three core activities: accurate daily data entry, prompt bank and credit-card reconciliations, and disciplined accounts-receivable follow-through so outstanding invoices never slip through the cracks.
Everything is already set up in QuickBooks Online; you will receive accountant-level access. I will forward source documents (bank feeds, PDFs, receipts, customer POs) through our shared drive and expect a regular cadence of updates so my dashboard stays current.
Key deliverables
• Transactions entered and properly categorized within 24 hours of receipt
• All bank and card accounts fully reconciled by the 5th business day each month
• AR aging report updated weekly, with notes on contact attempts and expected payment dates
Acceptance criteria
• Reconciliation variance must be zero for every account
• Invoices older than 30 days flagged with recommended next action
• Monthly bookkeeping summary exported from QuickBooks and delivered as PDF & Excel
