QuickBooks Bookkeeper for Handmade Furniture House
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Our small-batch furniture workshop keeps things handcrafted on the production floor, but I need the numbers just as carefully crafted behind the scenes. The QuickBooks file is already set up; what I need is someone who can stay on top of it month after month.
Day-to-day you’ll record sales, purchases, payroll entries, and expenses, then reconcile each bank, credit-card, and payment-processor account to the last cent. At the close of every month the file should be clean enough to generate three core reports straight from QuickBooks:
• Balance Sheet
• Income Statement (P&L)
• Cash-Flow Statement
Basic proficiency in QuickBooks is fine as long as you’re diligent, organised, and understand fundamental accounting principles. Two or more years of bookkeeping experience is a plus, yet motivated newcomers are welcome to apply—accuracy and dependability matter more than seniority.
Deliverables each month
1. Fully reconciled QuickBooks file
2. The three reports exported to PDF and emailed by the agreed-upon date
If that cadence fits your schedule and you can keep tidy digital records ready for my accountant at tax time, let’s talk.
