I am a real estate developer in co-living in East Hollywood, California. My tenants are most likely to be single (as each unit can house a max of 1 person). I need data to support the strength of my investment projects as I am raising capital. My properties will be located within 1.5 miles of Mariposa and Sunset in the 90027. We are located in the Hospital District so there are many nearby hospitals. I need to know what percentage of these nurses are travel nurses.
