Apparently I need to list more about this project, because it keeps getting removed from freelancer.
I need someone to make a tool that can pull the following information from property appraisal websites in Florida. Here is the exact information I need:
Which homes in Florida are two story.
Which of those homes are under ten years old.
Of those homes, I also need to know if they use wood construction, and if they use stucco in their exterior walls.
All the information collected is public, but I need to be able to analyze this data faster. The information is just sitting there. So I need it to be organized, preferably in a readable chart format, using county's to also help organize it.
