Property Manager for Multinational Real Estate
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
I'm seeking a skilled property manager to handle my commercial and vacation rental properties across North America, South America, and Europe. The position could be part-time or full-time, with a monthly salary of £2400 or £1200 respectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the upkeep, security, and overall management of my commercial properties and vacation rentals
- Handle rental agreements, maintenance issues, and tenant concerns
- Develop and implement property management plans
- Maximize revenue through strategic rental pricing and effective marketing
- Regularly inspect and maintain all properties in the portfolio
