Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of property maintenance: This involves ensuring all properties are well-maintained, coordinating repairs and upkeep as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a college degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possesses strong administrative skills
- Experience in property management, particularly with vacation rentals, is a plus
