Property Manager
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm seeking an experienced property manager to oversee a vacation rental.
Responsibilities:
- Advertise the property exclusively on Airbnb
- Publish listings, keep the calendar updated
- Respond to inquiries, primarily about availability and pricing
- Manage bookings: accept or decline requests
Ideal Candidate:
- Active Airbnb account (as a guest) - mandatory
- Previous experience in customer support or as a virtual assistant
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude
- Able to commit full-time or part-time
- Experience with vacation rentals preferable
Salary: $3,200 per month.
